Master Certified Development Project Manager (CDPM)
The CDPM-Level 3 certificate program is an advanced training program designed for professionals who want to take their project management skills and knowledge to a higher level. The program consists of five (5) courses, to earn the certificate, you must complete two mandatory courses and select and complete three elective courses that best meet your individual learning objectives, each course has a duration of three weeks.
Program requirements
Complete two mandatory courses:
• OPM - Organizational Project Management
• MPM - Mastering Project Management
Complete the suggested elective courses*:
• EPM - Effective Project Management
• APM - Adaptive Project Management
• PMIS - Project Management Information Systems
Total credit hours 175 hrs. (17 CEUs)
* These courses are elective, and you can choose from other courses of similar value.
Course Certificates
Each course provides 35 hours of learning and instruction over a three-week period. After completion of the course, you will receive a Certification of Completion. Once you complete all five courses, you will receive the Master Certification in Development Project Manager (CDPM-III) mailed to your home address at no extra cost.
Program Fee
The regular cost of the five courses is $750, the program has a special discount of $260 that you can apply during registration, by using the promo code 30CDPM your total fee will only be $490 for five courses. Expert Certified Development Project Manager (CDPM)
The CDPM-Level 2 certificate program is for professionals who want to increase their knowledge in project management and want to build more skills. The program provides a comprehensive training on development project management. The program consists of four (4) courses, to earn the certificate, you must complete two mandatory courses and select and complete two elective courses that best meet your individual learning objectives, each course has a duration of three weeks.

- LPM - Leadership in Project Management
Complete the suggested elective courses*:
- EPM - Effective Project Management
- RBPM - Results-Based Project Management
Total credit hours 140 hrs. (14 CEUs)

Course Certificates
Each course provides 35 hours of learning and instruction over a three-week period. After completion of a course, you will receive a Certification of Completion. Once you complete all four courses, you will receive the Expert Certification in Development Project Manager (CDPM-II) mailed to your home address at no extra cost.

Learning on Demand. These courses are self- learning, you will have 30 days of access to the course material, during that period of time you need to complete all activities and exercises. Course activities include tests, interactive animations, exercises based on a case study and a course essay that you need to complete in order to obtain a certificate of completion. The instructor will grade the essay and provide feedback on your course assignments.
Our Online Learning Courses are interactive and user-friendly making them easy to learn. The courses are designed to allow you to learn at your own pace. Quickly learn the subjects you want to learn. All of the self-learning courses meet the requirements to obtain the Certification in Development Project Management.
